W12D3 – Joists and more Blocks

Today saw the heavens open and more than happily piss on our parade with rain.  However, I give credit where it’s due, the chippies turned up and made a good job of getting the joists in place for the 1st floor.  Also at 7am Builder turned up with a letter for next door to state that if any shit happens – she is covered.  Hopefully that will be the end of the scaffolding debate, but we’ll see.

We also had a delivery of sand, cement and blocks – should make a tidy dent in the work to come 😉

Its now starting to look like an extension…..
