W09D3 – Of course we will finish today said Pinocchio…

So today was blistering hot and I felt sorry for the chaps as the heat was really bad today – 27°C but the work needed to be done.  Lance had eventually sprung for a digger that would be used to move the tonnage from the bags to the wheelbarrows to move to the back of the house…

Over 13ton of scalping and dust was taken from the front today and the whacker plate was used to smooth the dust and level off the garden, but to be fair – it was simple not to happen that the grass would be finished before my builders returned on the Thursday.  Target deadline missed AGAIN.

The boys who work for Lance seem to be very disgruntled and do not know what jobs they will be working on, now what the actual jobs entail and area simply just run from pillar to post.

The weed membrane was laid and stapled to the frame, and the day comes to a close….
