W07D4 – DCWW comes to visit.

We had a call that DCWW would be visiting today between 9:30 and 11:30 to inspect the work and hopefully give us the provisional certificate for the diversion.  Well got to give the chap credit, he was here at 9:05 and was gone by 9:15.  He had a look and asked one question about the existing piping and then said “carry on then – all good”.  Such a relief at the moment as nothing has seemed to go right so far.

So the builders decide that hearing this was time to piss off for brekky 😉  They went to get some bits needed to finish the piping and continued to finish the rest of the drainage.

OK so we have another snag…  electricity and gas pipes are too high to go over and too low to go under – looks like a change to the plan to accommodate…  The builders ask if it is OK to move the drains and gully about a bit – I have just said that i do not want to smell any shit, nor have any issues with rain and drains blocking etc.

Other than that it looks like we are going to have this finished in next day or so and should start to see some real movement. (not the shitty movements – that would just be horrible….)
