W05D4 – DCWW eventually sign off on the Build… Sort of..

Now that Colin the cretin has fucked off – There seems to be movement on the DCWW front.  I had the technical approval letter today and paid my fee to DCWW £623.00 FHUUUUUUUUUUCK !!!!!

Ok so now I have to wait for the solicitors to raise the paperwork send it out and then pay another £1200 for a bond.  THEN we can actually start some work…..

Also the day has come when I have to actually hand over some cash to the builder, which I don’t mind as they have done quite a bit and laid quite a bit of cash out at the minute.

Hopefully everything will be on track again by next week…
