W04D5 – Need to gain Neighbours permission to proceed….

Well we are nearly on stop again due to the lovely new neighbours who are intent on making the life shitty for us…

Builders are doing the best that they can but I feel that we are reaching a bit of a stalemate on this one.  Need to examine our options on what we can do going forward.
