W27D3 – Render Wall – New steps to garden and Electrics

Today  was a lovely  day and was time for Joe and Darran to get busy with the outdoors.  It was a lovely cold, but sunny day and the lads managed to get a 1st render on the patio wall and Darran took some time to make a new couple of top stairs in order to make the rendering of the wall complete.

The patio was finished and now looks excellent.

Craig and Darran2 was over today to complete another days hard graft putting in electrics and time just conspired against them – in such a huge build a couple of days is not going to be enough.  Today we got the study and garage wired and working, the downstairs toilet and hallway ready to plaster with the wires removed.  The best bit was the outside lights that shine into the garden.  These look great.

I contacted floor sales people to get quote for flooring and have decided to do the study aswell.. Quote for Study/Utility/Kitchen/Diner/Hall and toilet is about £1,400
