W21D3 – Bathroom fittings and Kitchen cladding

Today the kitchen was finished with the wiring and the upstairs feeds was put in – pulling up the toilet floor amongst other areas.  The Kingspan was put in the new kitchen area and the boys was having trouble with wiring being in the way so lots of razzlefrazzlegrizzle moments there 🙂

Bathroom was finished with the wall coverings and the bath and toilet plumbed in.  For a very short time we had a lovely water feature in the kitchen as we discovered a pipe with missing end caps but that was more comical than anything as the builders downstairs was nearly hit. 🙂

Toilet appears to be leaking from the flush so will get the boys to look at that – the ballcock seems to not be in straight and therefore is catching on the back wall of the cistern.

Outside guttering and lead for the rear was done today also and we are no preparing for the bathroom wall knockout tomorrow I think.
