W18D4 – Spackle and Gas !

Today saw a lot of activity – the outside walls was rendered with spackle – the Scaffolding taken down outside ours and next doors.  Guttering on new build has been installed and the old has been re-fitted to align.

However, the plumber came over to view the work and get an idea of what was needed and we found that during the roofing works, (we believe), the flue from the combi-boiler was disconnected in my daughters room.  Meaning potentially that it could have been fatal and that is a very scary thought…..

We have a plan of whats happening now – stairs are looking to be knocked through beginning of next week.

Existing Bathroom & Kitchen outer skin has been knocked through also today and we need to start thinking about how we are going to complete the rest of the build….
