W18D3 – Crest fitted and walls starting to be rendered.

The crest was put on the top of the roof and looks really good.  Spoke with the builder today and he hopes to deliver a skip today for the builders use and start the rendering of the walls to allow the pebbledash to be bunged on later.

We have been told that the scaffolding should be down on friday and then we can get cracking on the insides and then the knock-thru’s can commence.

We are looking to get the garage roof sorted soon and then they will just erect basic frame and ply the hole for the short term removing it daily where needed.

Electrician and plumber due tomorrow, friday and the weekend – seems like we are getting to the meat of things…. 🙂  Dare I say… “Happy days”?
