W09D4 – Grass Finally in and my builders back on track

Ok so Yesterday saw Lance let me down yet again, apparently was far too hot to be laying the grass – did not fill me with confidence however, he promised to be over early in the morning as to avoid being in the way of my builders as they would be starting at 7 the following morning.

Well – 7am was the proposed time that Lance and his team would arrive to start on the laying of the grass….    11am is when they actually turned up.

In the meanwhile, my normal builders have turned up and have brought a shed-load of trestles and boards to get on with raising the garage wall to 1st floor height.

The grass is in…  all secured and is looking great – I must thank the team from GorillaGrass – however Lance you will not be getting any recommendations from myself as you have been an absolute nightmare to work with.

Wall progressing… ordered nails for fence – just need to measure up for the job and get some timber priced up….
